If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your Seeker device or related accessories (your “Product”), we invite you to review the following terms related to returning your Product.
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your legal or consumer rights in relation to returning your Product.
Certain additional and/or different terms may apply in your country of residence, including those identified in the “Country-Specific Provisions” section below.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a Product you have purchased online from Solana Mobile:
Subject to the rest of this Return Policy, you have 14 days from delivery of the Product to return the Product to return it undamaged, with its included accessories (including the charging cable) and documentation, in its original packaging.
Only Products that have been purchased directly from Solana Mobile can be returned to Solana Mobile. Products purchased through other retailers or resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

IMPORTANT: Wireless Service Cancellation
Wireless carriers have different service-cancellation policies. Returning your Product may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your provider for more information.

Country-Specific Provisions
*South Korea. Solana Mobile acknowledges that we cannot refuse a refund request on the basis that we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
**Taiwan. Should you return your Product under this Return Policy within 7 days of delivery, the costs of returning the Product to Solana Mobile will not be deducted from your refund.
