Solana Mobile Inc. - Return Policy (this “Return Policy”)

Thank you for shopping at Solana Mobile Inc. (“Solana Mobile”, “we”, or “us”). We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your Seeker device or related accessories (your “Product”), we invite you to review the following terms related to returning your Product.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your legal or consumer rights in relation to returning your Product.

Certain additional and/or different terms may apply in your country of residence, including those identified in the “Country-Specific Provisions” section below.

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a Product you have purchased online from Solana Mobile:

  • Subject to the rest of this Return Policy, you have 14 days from delivery of the Product to return the Product to return it undamaged, with its included accessories (including the charging cable) and documentation, in its original packaging.

  • Only Products that have been purchased directly from Solana Mobile can be returned to Solana Mobile. Products purchased through other retailers or resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • Solana Mobile reserves the right to reject a return request if:

    • the Product is not repackaged with the charging cable (if applicable), accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it. Seeker device returns must include the charging cable accessory for a full refund.
    • you have claimed any associated Solana Mobile digital content and/or digital assets (including non-fungible tokens).
    • you do not disable the security features provided by Solana Mobile to enable you to protect your Product in case of loss of theft.
    • we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, including unauthorized reseller activity or purchasing with the intent to return.*
    • you purchased a customized Product, unless the customization is materially different from what was ordered and the Product is returned in accordance with the instructions below, in which case the customized Product may be refunded or replaced.

IMPORTANT: Wireless Service Cancellation

Wireless carriers have different service-cancellation policies. Returning your Product may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your provider for more information.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Returns Center at https://returns.solanamobile.com and enter your order number and email address.
  2. On the next page, confirm the items from your order that you’d like to return and select the ‘Initiate Your Return’ button.
  3. After submitting a return request, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Next, read the instructions and select the ‘Print Return Label’ button to print your shipping label.
  5. Ship the item to Solana Mobile using the shipping label provided. You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.
  6. This process is subject to change.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will review the item. If there are no concerns, we will exchange the product or initiate a refund for the full amount of the Product less:

  • the costs of returning it to Solana Mobile**; and
  • except as prohibited by law:
    • a 25% fee based on the total value of the Product where, on return of the Product, we identify that the Product packaging has been opened.
    • a 15% fee based on the total value of the Product where, on return of the Product, we identify that the Product packaging has not been opened

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If you paid with a digital wallet via USDC, refunds will be issued to the same wallet used for the initial purchase transaction.

Country-Specific Provisions

  • *South Korea. Solana Mobile acknowledges that we cannot refuse a refund request on the basis that we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.

  • **Taiwan. Should you return your Product under this Return Policy within 7 days of delivery, the costs of returning the Product to Solana Mobile will not be deducted from your refund.
