Children Under the Age of 16
The App is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information that is within our control. Your NFT Content is used in connection with the App at your own risk. We do not control the Network and cannot control activity and data on the Network, or use of the Network or NFT Content on the Network. We do not control the actions of third parties who may have access to your NFT Content via the Network. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your NFT Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons or used by third parties in unauthorized ways.

When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:
Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or delete it from your device. Note however that, even if you delete the App, copies of your NFT Content may remain viewable via the Network. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Even if you delete the App and/or if we delete your personal information that is in our control, copies of your NFT Content may remain viewable via the Network. We do not control the Network and cannot control activity and data accessible via the Network, or use of the Network or NFT Content accessible via the Network. Therefore, we cannot access, remove or modify any NFT Content accessible via the Network.

Verification of Identity; Authorized agents. We may need to verify your identity in order to process your information, access, correction, or deletion requests and reserve the right to confirm your residency. To verify your identity, we may require government identification, a declaration under penalty of perjury, or other information, where permitted by law.
Your authorized agent may make a request on your behalf upon our verification of the agent’s identity and our receipt of a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4000-4465. If you have not provided your agent with such a power of attorney, you must provide your agent with written and signed permission to exercise your CPRA rights on your behalf, provide the information we request to verify your identity, and provide us with confirmation that you have given the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
No selling or sharing of personal information. We have not sold or shared your personal information in the preceding 12 months.
